Woke up in such a gracious mood!

FEELing relief in place of doubt.

FEELing gratitude in place of... well hell, everything else!

I love the way my Universe works and is constantly TEACHing me, and giving us opportunities to EXPAND the mind.  I come into work today to find this dose of daily wisdom from one of my favs, Rev Run:

Gratitude is the art of painting an adversity into a lovely picture.

Man, I just LOVE it!  For some reason the thought of a beautiful tapestry came to mind when I read this... All  the threads of creation woven so closely together - some threads are probably very ugly in color standing alone, but critical to the beauty of the "bigger picture."

All. Is. Well.

Ahhhhhhhhhh

Reach for feelings of relief even before it comes... swap doubt for relief and watch what happens!

4.1

If you're brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher and if you are prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you.

I don't need to change the situation to be happy - I need to be happy to change the situation.

So, aha!

I want these things because I would feel better in the having of them, but my awareness of their absence prevents me from having them. But if I can find a way of feeling better even without having them, then they can be mine.

Goooooodddd stuff, folks!

Don't worry.

Or, worry - but know it's about as effective as trying to solve and algebra equation with chewing gum!

2.1

In letting go, chilling out, and TRUSTing - I'm looking at every worry and problem with a frame that says:

"In 5 years will this matter?"

I can't remember what I was worried about 5 years ago!

That feels GOOD!

"Happiness takes courage" ~ Rev Run

Certainly true.  Why is it that contentment and happiness tend to be feelings we long for yet fear? Is it because we feel that we have to work so hard to get there? That we have to earn it? That we don't think it can be just that simple?

If we can't learn to stop sweating the small stuff, we're pretty much guaranteed to be stressed out, frustrated, and unhappy much of the time, because either we will be dealing with something really big or we'll be stressing over something fairly small.

So today I'm not going to sweat one small thing! Instead, I am letting go, chilling out, and TRUSTing knowing that it will all work out - when doesn't it?

The law of Karma tells us that every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind.  Choosing actions that bring you happiness and success to others ensures the flow of happiness and success to you.

YEAH... I'm likin' it!
